Although this may be a new service for Stripe, this is definitely not a new service for our staff. Vaso personally designed and saw the practical completion of nearly 1000 independent living flats in the UK, while working for Churchill Retirement Living. This followed her experience designing retirement villages, assisted living and nursing & memory care homes for Sunrise Senior Living, Signature and others.
We can deliver projects at all RIBA stages. Our architectural team has collaborated on projects with major UK contractors like Kier, Vinci UK, Morgan Sindall, SDC Builders, Ballast Nedam and Willmott Dixon. Under strict budget constraints and constant monitoring of design proposals from their quantity surveyors, we keep challenging to improve and come up with new value engineering ideas.
We promote design technologies and materials in line with the modern methods of construction, minimising carbon footprint and construction periods.
We utilise an established design management process. Stripe is ISO 9001 (2015) accredited and all projects are audited and follow strict QA procedures. We are fully insured and hold SafeContractor accreditation.
